I downloaded meta mask from.google play as my support wallet…2 months ago. I wrote down the secret recovery phrase..but didn’t count it. Just recently I observed I couldn’t send nor swap, decided to add to my other wallet only to note that it is 11 words instead of 12.
Tried to contact customer agent.AI gave a link of about 2,000 words. , luckily got the last word, but no money in my wallet has while the meta mask still displays my tokens.
Please I need your help.
Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Can you provide a little more details on the issue you are facing? Do you mean some funds are lost in your wallet?
Please first make sure the address you’re seeing is the same one you had before, because even a single word can result in a completely different address. Recovering a 12, word phrase can be difficult , if even one word is wrong, it may generate a new address instead.
