Hi, I had a computer crash and MetaMask extension would not open so I tried to reinstall it using my 12 word seed phrase. I was met with the message “Invalid seed phrase”.
I had spelt the last word wrong. On correcting the spelling I have received a wallet with a different public key which is has nothing in it and no transaction history.
Hopefully someone can help.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I believe it is the last word as that is what was spelt wrong but I checked the list of words that can be used in the Github and there is no other word even close to it.
I will download the tool then unplug my internet to use it.
Try it 
it will generate all possible combinations in a few minutes.

So I can try any combo and just enter a ? for the word I want to find. Looks promising.

Unfortunately it has not been able to find it. I have tried each word aswell.
I have found a video from cryptoo retreiver on toutube, I’ll give that a go.
