Restored account but showing new address

Hi everybody. today i had a trouble with my computer. I saved seedphrase after setup new windows. But when I install metamask and restore by seedphrase I saved before But metamask showing new address and I find in etherscan, it has no tracking. Please help me!!

Hey there @babyjukyo, please make sure you are inputting your Secret Recovery Phrase correctly.

I used option 2 but it just show address. How I can add the secondary ??

To add your accounts, you simply just have to click “Create Account”
