I have a MM account connected to a ledger on Firefox that has blanked out and is simply showing white. This made me concerned and I had access to the account on another browser. I wanted to check that this account could be restored in the event that anything were to happen with the remaining MM account on the alternative browser.
When I tried on a fresh browser I could restore other accounts but not my ledger account. I have tried opening multiple accounts. I have noticed that the ledger account has no JSON file to export.
I have been speaking to MM support for over a month with no real assistance and their last reply taking 12 days and really mirroring previous responses.
Does anyone have any experience in this area as I cannot find anything online either.
