Over a month ago I bridged 5079.965 SAND to the Polygon network from inside my sandbox profile. It showed inside MetaMask polygon network connection for a few minutes and then disappeared. I waited a few days for it to show up. I then decided to withdraw my sand back to the ETH mainnet from inside sandbox profile and then tokens disappeared. Polygon scan shows the SAND was sent to a 000000000 address, obviously nul. I have 2 unanswered tickets in MetaMask and one with SandBox and Polygon network. No answer to any of those. Please help. Thank you.
