I am certain i recorded my phrase correctly and restores the wrong wallet address. I only created one account and creating additional accounts also does not generate the correct address. Support basically just told me that I must of recorded it wrong but again, I am certain that I did. It seems MANY people are have the same issue recently and we are all told the same thing. Does anyone with more technical no how than me have any clue how we might be able to access our original wallets? Is there any helpful support that is willing to admit there seems to be something wrong recovery process. Thank you in advance
I’m guessing you had multiple wallets on that app? Correct? The only thing that could have happened is you copied the wrong seed phrase. I’ve seen this several times
