I am trying to send some BTC from metamask to YouHodler which accept SegWit or Bech32, but
metamask seem doesnt allow these adress. Is there any way to set SegWit / Bech32 dress on Metamask so I can send tokens to YouHodler?

The BTC in your MetaMask wallet you are referring to is most likely wBTC, which stands for wrapped Bitcoin, made to be compatible as an ERC-20 token. This cannot be sent directly to a Bitcoin address because it is not on the Bitcoin blockchain.
