Can you try and follow the steps in the screenshot and see if the issue still persists?
Also, check if you have the latest version of MetaMask installed (you can find this in Settings —> About → MetaMask version). It should be 10.18.4 and if not, also update it.

Hello,
Apart from the suggestion give by @Urban.Moods, try to change the IP address using a VPN. I have encountered similar issues and after changing the IP, the issue got resolved.

I won it on cmc, not only I have such a problem

Do you have other tokens on that network?
Can you please share the contract address of the token?

I see on Coingecko that the contract address for this token has changed, so I would suggest removing the token and adding it back again with its new contract address, maybe this will help solve the issue.
