MetaMask is on my old PC. I did accidentally click the link. Here’s what they sent.
Sent from redacted to my gmail account.

This is the body of the email:
Your wallet was unable to successfully update to the newest version of Blockchain due to the high volume of activity on our network. As a result, you will be required to manually complete the update of your wallet to ensure for it to be functional before June 12.

What consequences will result from my failure to complete the update?

If the update is not completed by June 12, the use of your assets will be suspended…

Wallets that have not completed the update will be unable to use our service .

Hello. I’ve redacted the info you posted about who sent you the email and other info that’s been added.

It would be best if you contact Support team at https://support.metamask.io and click Start a Conversation, to share all that redacted info with a support agent.

Once you click Start a conversation a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but afterwards you should be able to contact the support team directly.

The zendesk link you shared is legit, but please follow what i posted above.
