I did an exchange from BNB to Ethereum Token and it tells me the transaction was executed, however I did not receive the ethereum token, I added the contract (0x2170Ed0880ac9A755fd29B2688956BD959F933F8) and still the tokens were never uploaded to my wallet.

In your MetaMask wallet, select the Assets tab, Scroll down and click Import tokens; Insert the contract address of the token to the field Token Contract Address; Click Add Custom Token.

you see your eth token there?
I have just noticed that you have already added the correct contract address. Then please check your address on The bscscan as Luigi suggested.
