I’m having trouble restoring my wallet.

After restoring with SEED, my balance is still zero.

I entered my backup in My Ether Wallet (MEW) to check and my two tokens came up.
However, they are grayed out as shown in the attached image, and I cannot send them to another wallet.

Do these two tokens of mine exist?
Also, can I send these back to METAMASK?

I am waiting for your answer.

I managed to recover it on my own.

I solved the problem by referring to the comments in the help section.
