I was able to enter my seed passcode, and it gave me access again, but it shows $0 balance in any tokens listed nor after I add some of the custom tokens I had.
What am I missing?

Nothing. This is incredibly frustrating. I summited a support ticket weeks ago and never heard back. Tried again today. Even though I dont have high hopes they are going to help from reading other posts.
