I placed my order for 4100 Euro at July 30th 10.04 a.m… The current rate at this moment was 1,974.74.
On Aug 2, 2021, 04:01 a.m. Transak made the conversion against 2,188.41.
Transak Customer Service says that it takes up to 3 days to receive the transfer, but my bank said that the transfer was sent on July 30th 18.01 p.m. to their bank to the U.K.
During the initial sale Transak noted that there was a rate spread of 0.2%. The rate spread that Transak gave me is 9.8% and I lost 401 Euro on this transaction
Transak should be honest and tell the customer that the spread is not 0.2%, but can run up to the price increase / decrease of etherium over 3 days.
