Transfer eth from MM to my kraken account

Hello

I want to transfer some ETH from my MetaMask account to my Kraken account

The staff from Kraken urged me to check if the network that MM is using for the transfer is the same than the netwok Kraken is using. Otherwise, the ETH will be lost.

How do I know which network is used by MM please ?

Hope I am cleart enough ! ready to clarify if needed

Please read the following article to understand more of how networks work with MetaMask and in general.

If your ETH is on Ethereum network in your MetaMask wallet, on the receiving end you will need to select the same network, Ethereum network(ERC-20). Make sure the networks from and to which you are trying to send tokens always coincide.
