Unable To Send Harmony One Tokens In Metamask To Harmony One Wallet

So I recently swapped some BNB for some Harmony One tokens on pancake swap using my Metamask wallet. Now all I want to do is send those one tokens to my Harmony one wallet but I’m getting the following error message:

Network does not support ENS

I tried adding the Harmony mainet on metamask but when I switch over to it then my harmony one tokens are no longer available. Since I did the swap on the Binance Smart Chain that’s the only network that shows my Hamony One balance.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Tokens cannot be sent cross-chain, meaning if they’re on one network, in your case the Binance SmartChain, they cannot be sent to an address on a different network, in your case the Harmony network. You will need to use a bridge to move your tokens from one network to another. Check out the Binance Bridge.
