USDT on BSC to ERC20 Transfer

I transferred USDT from metamask smart chain network to an ether CEX address, the transfer shows success on etherscan, but still did not receive the deposit… questions, did I lose the amount? if not will it be returned? below is the transfer, would appreciate if someone knowledgeable can help

Hi ron you use BSC for transaction :roll_eyes: and CEX
not support BSC :point_down:

CEX NOT SUPPORT BEP20
