Wallet funds not showing

I did not find the answer to my question in the previously created topics.
I transferred funds from binance to my wallet, the transaction is displayed on etherscan, the network was eth20, but the funds do not appear on the wallet, what hash address should I enter in the wallet?

Hi @b.ahmad what is your token? You need a contract address NOT hash address.

Contract address can be found on the pages:
https://www.coingecko.com or https://coinmarketcap.com

I deposited BTC into my wife’s MM account by accident.
I meant to send BNB.
No BTC is showing in her account ???
