Hi! Please make sure the following steps:
Ensure your wallet is updated to the latest version.
Ensure you have a good internet connection
If everything is in order and you’re still having issues, please turn off the extension and then turn it back on. You can manage your extension by navigating to the Manage Extensions section in your browser. (don´t reinstall, just turn off)
Make sure you have your Secret Recovery Phrase and password backed up, as a precaution
