Hey there @shakyamanee, welcome to the MetaMask community!
Please make sure you have your MetaMask wallet configured for BSC network. You can find out more info on how to do so on our Knowledge Base here:
I have already configured metamask to bsc network but still didnt receive the bnb to the wallet. I used chrome extension metamask. Is it a scam ?
Please make sure that you are accessing the correct account that the transactions were sent to.
If the issue still persists, try the steps written in this article on our Knowledge Base:
when i copy address from the account details, it shows one address and when i paste it , it shows another address. why is it.when i paste it, i get the following address 0x283E5f93B2599D263469b9ED7347Ea4c02257833, not the one shown in the attached jpeg,
I found out that every time I copy address from metamask wallet to binance to withdraw bnb, the address get changed, what can i do for that?

hey friend! how are u? i really need some help here
i have a problem with my metamask wallet! yesterday I tried to do an operation in metamask, swapping ETH in exchange for Pink Panther for Uniswap. The gas fee was too high, so I chose to lower the gas fee to $18. I made the transaction, and a few seconds later it showed me that it was cancelled. With that, the gas rate I had placed was withdrawn from my account. I made another attempt with the same gas rate and again it was canceled and the amount paid for gas was withdrawn. Approximately 10h after these transactions, a transaction appeared as complete in etherscan, but does not appear in metamask. The transaction shows that 98$ was transferred from my account with an $18 gas fee and that transaction has been completed!
This transaction does not appear in my metamask wallet, the ETH has been withdrawn from my account, and there is no other token available to me!
Can you help me solve this problem?

Hey @gasxss, it looks like your transactions were cancelled due to a gas error, likely because the gas limit was set too low.
Please refer to this article in our Knowledge Base for more information:
For transaction 0xffd1eeLDaH7PFsK3geqmcHGbfp9DohUAW7B75119ae4fcacfaff6ad44108bc9d, it looks like a transfer of ETH was made to 0x444520120861e79f2fba0c5ffbe64699640aba2f. If this was unintentional, it may be that your wallet is compromised.
If so, please follow these steps in our Knowledge Base:
I understand friend, as this transaction I neither accepted nor made, I’m afraid it was something like that. Is there any way for me to know if this account code that was sent to my ETH is a currency/token or something? and thanks for the help
Sorry to hear that
Please follow the steps here immediately:
Judging from the transaction on Etherscan, it looks like it was sent to address
0x444520120861E79F2FBA0c5ffbe64699640AbA2f. You can search your transaction hash on Etherscan and more information is provided there.
Why this happen I please want to know just in case
Hey @Bolix37, there are a couple of ways a wallet can be compromised:
- Your computer has been compromised with (malware/spyware) and you stored your private information on your computer.
- You have visited a malicious phishing website that stole your information.
- You gave your private key or Seed Phrase / Secret Recovery Phrase to someone or a site.
- You gave a web3 site / smart contract unlimited access to your funds (check who you gave access to and revoke here: TAC)
- You installed a fake MetaMask extension that stole your funds.
Please read this article on your Knowledge Base for more info:
I think your computer is infected with a computer virus.
