You have 4 pending transaction on linea (with nonce 19, 20, 21, 22). So, you need to speed up / cancel these transaction first for transaction to go through following the support article provided by chinzilla.
Please find the lowest nonce (19 in your case) transaction that is pending and accordingly, you can speed up / cancel. If you don’t have anything on activity section of MetaMask, you can follow method 2 custom nonce cancellation. Also, details about how to solve struck transaction is also provided on linea discord server under general faq as provided in this screenshot.
