Hi @kris2400, do you have BSC network installed on Metamask? Metamask by default is on Ethereum Mainnet which is ERC20, not BEP20 from Binance. So you need to add the BSC Network to be able to see the BNB.

You can search on this forum how to install alternative networks, there is a good tutorial (sorry I cannot add links here).

i already aaded it manually on metamask before sending the bnb. it is on the screenshot i attached here on the email thread

I sent my BMON Token from Metamask BSC Mainnet to my Binance BEP20 Token Address, and it was successful.

Tho it was wrong since it should be BNB Token to BNB Token.

My problem now is how to retrieve my BMON Token again.

Binance gave it back to you? I did the same report as you do.

I am still waiting as of now but as per support team I need to wait only 1week from now. Because the retrieved process is almost 1month and 7days. I was sent my ticket on July 23 I think.
