Issue with listing NFTs on opensea - "approve collection"; "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')" "

Hello I’m having serious issues trying to list NFTs on opensea. It says:

“Approve Collection
Go to your wallet
You’ll be asked to approve this collection from your wallet. You only need to approve each collection once.”

I go to my MetaMask and it then says:

"MetaMask encountered an error

Try again by closing and reopening the popup, or contact support here.

Error details
Message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘length’)
Code: TypeError
Stack:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘length’)
and it goes on and on with chrome-extension links.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I would say you should make sure you are using the latest version of MetaMask, clearing your cache and cookies, and also try using a different browser.

If the issue persists, please reach out to MetaMask Support.

• This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
