i transfer Cro
from
metamask Cronos network to kucoin
using erc20.
everything is confirmed, but never get those CROs in kucoin .
do i have to have BNB or ETH in the cronos network?
or metamask collects its fee in CROs?

Hey @erne, you have confirmed this transaction on Cronos network and KuCoin does not support the Cronos network. Unfortunately, these tokens are not retrievable.
To transfer your CRO on Cronos network to KuCoin, you would have to use a bridge first.
