"personal address detected" error when importing nft from Opensea

Hi,
A buyer of a nft that I sold is having issues seeing it on his metamask wallet.
It is minted on Polygon on Opensea.
When importing the nft in his wallet (both on pc and mobile) he gets the message: " Personal address detected, input the collectible contract address"
I have imput the contract adress shown under “details” showing the contract address.
(He is using version 3.8.0 if that helps)
the contract address entered was:
0x2953399124F0cBB46d2CbACD8A89cF0599974963
Greatful for any help resolving this!

Is he importing the address on Polygon network? That may be the issue.
