You do have to redo your adding custom token to your metamask after you delete it and put your seed phrase in again. Add the custom tokens again

If you have the right seed phrase, then you have to reset all your specialized networks (if any) and tokens (if any) that you set up before. Your wallet doesn’t store the specialized settings for tokens and networks like the Smart Network.
