Tokens did not come to the kucoin wallet

Please help me. I recently needed to convert 10.4 usdt bsc to kcc. I used the kcc io bridge, entered my kcc usdt kucoin address in the field and confirmed the transaction. After that, within 5 minutes, only 0.001 kcs came to my kucoin wallet!!

What to do in such a situation? Where did my 10 usdt go?

Hi @Motilek did you copy the address for USDT? :point_down:

Maybe you copied the address for the kcs token :thinking: and that may be a mistake.
Because these addresses are not the same.

For all the addresses that joined KCC via bridges without KCS, 0.001 KCS will be distributed to the address as fees.

It looks to me that the money was sent to a contract address starting with 0x76d1… and not the one you mention. Are you sure that you pasted your own wallet address into the receiver field ?

As you can see, I opened the wallet in scan kcc io and decided to check how things are going with it. But for some reason I can’t upload a screenshot… Check link with the scan kcc io (pls remove spaces)

There is my wallet address KuCoin Community Chain with usdt and shows that the token is supposedly on the wallet, but in fact it is not…

How can I do it?

I wrote an answer to the mail a long time ago and even tension through live chat, but only a bot sits there and when asked to call the operator, giving me scripted answers…
