Transaction Failed But Token Sent To Wrong Address

So today, I transfer some ETH to my wallet to buy token ($ATOR) at Uniswap. After successful, I want transfer $ATOR into MEXC. I then pasted the correct address, double checking then initiate the transfer. Suddenly, the txns failed.

I thought maybe something happened, low gas fee or something so I press retry the still failed.
So, i tried to click the txn hash but it is not clickable. It seems weird to me.
I check my token balance, it is 0 now.

So i open etherscan to check and i did not found this failed transaction. It doesn’t exist , instead i found a successful transfer transaction.

So, what exactly happened?

My address : 0xdCDf6aaACF7BabCfFBA5630b6e8528FaE654CBf3
Failed txn hash : does not exist

Raw failed txn hash :

Successful tnx hash : 0xd4fa81171a4da5a48c275a5ba35a4b1b54b6990f0d2e2dc8925ff17752a9762e

then i tried sending some ETH to MEXC and it worked.
So as you can see, i did not make any successful ATOR transaction after the failed ones.

Hello @Gwyenbleidd, welcome to the MetaMask community,

As you mentioned the transaction was successful and ATOR tokens were sent to this address: 0x54180581961fc9e61d01331a46e4afed01cb1408
Is it the address you intended to send your ATOR tokens to?

Nope, my intended address is 0x682 just like the first image. I 100% sure i entered the address correctly. It even show up in the MetaMask transaction

I didn’t make any transfer afterwards

I am not sure how that has happened. It may be your wallet has been compromised or … For further investigations, that would be good to report it to the support team via the following link.
