Trouble connecting metamask to ledger live

Hi there,

I have been trying to connect my meta mask to ledger live for a couple of days with no luck.
I have tried chrome, edge, brave
i have been into settings/advanced and clicked ledger live
i have restarted the PC
i have turned of anti virus

when i click on add hardware wallet i click on ledger and it just spins and says checking for ledger and then brings up a new window which is blank and his this address.

any help would be appreciated
