X-chain Avax sent to Metamask

Hello, as the title suggests i had an auto withdraw from my Juno account that sent avax on x-chain instead of using c-chain. Can this be retrieved? The transaction seems to be in limbo. I have asked if they could provide a transaction hash but no luck.

the avax was purchased by the following wallet from the Juno app:
X-avax1p0q9560en6key7uhm8a6ncue4qf7tny9wun3qw

However when i try to search the transaction, no information populates.

MetaMask currently only supports avax of C-chain. If you send it to x-chain by mistake, it will mean that it has been lost. Iā€™m sorry for your encounter.
