Transaction underpriced error using Arthera (new L1)

[ethjs-query] while formatting outputs from RPC ‘{“value”:{“code”:-32603,“data”:{“code”:-32000,“message”:“replacement transaction underpriced”}}}’ this has been appearing when i try to do transactions on polygon for 1 week, nothing seems to work every time keeps showing this message as failed transaction. can someone help me? 0x72597dE06E58Ad98C6F66c6cD8FAb1dD9F73a2ca

I was trying to deploy a smart contract to the matic network, And I am facing this error. And also showing the same error while sending matic from one account to other. Anyone please help me with this?
